Family Clubbercise Wednesday 5.45pm-6.30pm

Venue: Poulner Infant School. North Poulner Rd, BH24 3LA. Follow the yellow fence to the school hall.

Family Clubbercise is a dance fitness class suitable for families of all abilities from age 7+. It's an opportunity for children, parents and grandparents to get fit together. Classes include easy to follow dance routines and games.

Please note this is a family class, no children without an adult, and no adults without a child. More than 1 adult can attend if they are part of a family unit. There can be multiple children per adult.

Trainers must be worn along with suitable clothing for physical activity. Please bring a water bottle.

A registration form (including a medical questionnaire) will be emailed to you the first time you book. Each participant must complete this form before attending class.

Classes are non-refundable. 24 hours notice is required to reschedule pay as you go bookings.
